At NetEase Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NetEase Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn, then include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
